Need help adding information about first marriage which was discovered after entering second marriage. [30 March 2022]

hello i have been doing some research on my harrison an adams line recently i am related to margaret patterson adams when put in her name on family search or ancestry she pops up as married to the decaon john francis adams he later turns out to be the 2nd president of the us i do know that abigail smith adams shows up in my tree to according to the patterson genealogy site there john adams for her died in 1744 but i look at things again from wiiki and it shows he died in 1826 so i correct the wrong info.that someone else put on ancestry.same with the johns parents totally differen from what someone else had put in on ancestrty.also my aunt catherine adams harrison is linked to john qunicy adams as being his sister.a lot of my harrison info i had to correct as well cause someone put the wrong info for my 3rd cousin 5x removed for benjamin harrison as well the wiki has has father as benjamin harrison an mother as elizabeth burwell others have it as wright as last name the fathers name is correct.etc.--Karlap1978 20:36, 30 March 2022 (UTC)

Hello. Please note that WeRelate is set up very much like Wikipedia, in that every main information or article page has an accompanying "Talk" page for users to post questions or discussions that are relevant to the accompanying main page. In this case the main page is entitled "Help:Talk pages" which means that it is a Help page where you can find information about working with "Talk pages" in general. This also means that this accompanying "Talk" page is for posting discussions about that main topic (i.e. working with "Talk pages" in general). I realize that this can get confusing, especially for this pair of pages. The "Watchers" that you see listed in the left sidebar are those users who are interested in discussions about this same main topic.

So, for future discussions regarding your Joseph Anderson, it would be better to post on the Talk page that accompanies his Person page or Family page (with Catherine Brown). I did a quick search of our database to see if pages for them existed, but they did not, so I went ahead and started a Person page for him here - Person:Joseph Anderson (56) - based on the information found in his pension file (from a quick Google search).
