The Rose family were originally from Wiltshire, moving up to London in about 1884.

This Rose family picture, taken at the 1910 wedding of Lucy Rose to George Robert Snelling. Identification of people was by Elizabeth Rose Pearson (ERP), whose mother Mary Pearson is seated front left. It is possible that Mary is pregnant, carrying Charles.
