The children of William and Margaret Brett are not recorded, so far as I [L. B. Goodenow] can find. They certainly are not in the Bridgewater Records. From his will and other sources are gathered the following names and probable dates of their births:
(1) WILLIAM, born about 1648; married Elizabeth Cary.
(2) ELIHU, born before 1650; married Ann Turner.
(3) ALICE, born about 1652; married Joseph Hayward.
(4) LYDIA, born ____.
(5) HANNAH, born about 1658; married 1676, Francis Gary.
(6) NATHANIEL, born 1661; married Sarah Hayward.
(7) MARGARET, date of birth unknown.
