There could be another child William born to this Mary. Found a William born in Bridgnorth in 1851 census location Dudley, Staffordshire, he is listed as "son-in-law", age 8. There is also a Thomas Longmore age 10 born in Oldbury, Staffordshire, also listed as "son-in-law". Seems more likely they where step children to "head-of-house" George Smead. His wife is Mary age 36 born in Alveley, Shropshire.
