Nantucket Lands and Land Owners, vol. 2, issue 1, p. 303, a probate document dated 3 Feb 1708 states that Tristram Coffin "a little before his death had married Hannah Brown of Nantucket". It further states that Tristram's mother, Elizabeth (Starbuck) (Coffin) Barnard died four days after the death of Tristram. Elizabeth's death is recorded in Source:Nantucket, Nantucket, Massachusetts, United States. Vital Records of Nantucket, Massachusetts to the Year 1850, p. 5:39, as "---, 1706". So Tristram died in 1706, and married shortly before this date.
