Dated 18 Aug 1706; John Atwood, cordwainer, and Robert Cumbey, cooper, disagreement between THOMAS BAKER of Boston, blacksmith who intermarried with REBECCA relict of Sampson Waters, late, deed., mariner of Boston; John Jarvis, Obediah Wakefield, and John Wakefield, on behalf of themselves and their wives Mary Jarvis, Rebecca, and Anne Wakefield, three daughters and only surviving children of said Sampson Waters deed; to THOMAS BAKER and REBECCA the brick building and wharf rec. 6 June 1716.
