-27 Apr 1757 Deliverance Jones widow to Seth Jones late of Exeter deceased informed Council that her late husband Seth Jones has dyed intestate & desired that Capt. John Reynolds might have letter of Admin on her husband's personal estate. She having refused to administer thereon & there being no nigh relation to take the same, council orders Admin granted to Capt. John Reynolds who is one of the principal creditors to said estate. Capt. Simon Smith & Joseph Holloway appointed to take an inventory of said Seth Jones Person estate. [p. 13]
Possibly dau. of David Briggs rather than Daniel as will of David (according to Beamon) had daughter Deliverance Briggs in 1727.
