[Note: It is suggested by both the ages of the husband and wife, and the birth of the first child in 1795 (1796 based on both 1850 census and his death record) that the marriage was probably later than 1790, maybe as late as 1795. Further the son's death record lists the son Horatio's birthplace as Enfield, MA (not Ticonderoga), and his mother's as Belchertown (not Deerfield), MA. The mother's birth does not seem to be recorded in Deerfield, nor the marriage. This all suggests the reliability of this source about this family may be limited.]
