  3. Some websites suggest that Jane Turner was the third wife of the Samuel Allen Sr., which appears confirm by his will referencing a wife "Jean". The Jane Turner might be the Jane Vining who married Deacon Jacob Turner and became a widow in 1723. If this is so, she was born 2 Jul 1672, d/o John Vining and Mary Reed, and would of an appropriate age to marry the father. This is presented "probably" by Source:Porter, Joseph W.
