Justin and Pearl had two children, one son and one daughter.

Pearl's obituary reads, "Services for Mrs. Pearl Gladieux, 74, of 370 S. Barr St. will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday in the Mungovan & Sons Mortuary South and at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Rev. Edward A. Miller officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery, Besancon. Mrs. Gladieux died at 6:48 a.m. yesterday in Lutheran Hospital where she was a patient nine weeks. She was a native of Jefferson Township and a lifelong resident of Allen County. She belonged to St. Patrick's Church and its Rosary Society. Surviving are her husband, Justine F.; a son, Alton A., Rossford, Ohio; a brother, Lester Jacquay, Fort Wayne; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Roy, Monroeville; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the mortuary. Rosary services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the mortuary." Justin's obituary reads, "Justin F. Gladieux, 84, died at 10 p.m. Saturday in a local nursing home. A native of Jefferson Township, he had lived in Fort Wayne 50 years. Surviving are a son, Alton A., Rossford, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. John O'Connor, Fort Wayne; four brothers, Louis, Fort Wayne, Clyde, New Haven, Nelson, Devel Lake, Mich., and Virgil, Toledo; and two sisters, Mrs. Ellis Parnin, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Ida Phrope, Angola. Services will be at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday in Mungovan & Sons South Chapel and 9:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. A rosary service will be at 7 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in St. Louis Besancon Cemetery." [Fort Wayne Journal Gazette, Monday 9 January 1978, pg. 2C]

They are both buried in the Besancon Cemetery at the St. Louis Catholic Church in New Haven, Indiana.
