Shenandoah County Widow: Rebecca married Joseph Pugh
I do certify that the marriage of Joseph Pugh to Rebecca Camplbell, late widow
of Col.Richard Campbell dec'd, was on the 3rd of January 1785, as certifyed to
me by Jacob Teller? who was a licensed minister at that time by the County Court
of Shenandoah for the purposes of sanctifying marriages. Shenandoah County April
the 13th 1789
