Will of "John Palmer of Rowley", dated 23 Aug 1693, proved 1 Jul 1695: "And to my son in Law Jonathan Harriman: I doe Leave fourty pounds ... which will fullfill my pormise to him upon his Marriage with my daughter Sarah which was one hundred pounds: and three score of it is allreadey paid."

  2. The only child recorded in Source:Rowley, Essex, Massachusetts, United States. Vital Records of Rowley, Massachusetts, to the End of the Year 1849 is p. 87: Harriman, Margret (Herimon), d. Jonathan and Sarah, Aug. 19, 1686. This might suggest a marriage later than the 1679 given on this page, perhaps as late as 1685. We can only guess the basis for 1679, presumably the year Sarah turned 18 (legal age). Page 2:907 of #S1 places the marriage at about 1684.
