    John married at Scituate 18 January 1753 Mary King, born at Scituate 23 September 1733; died at Guilford, VT after 7 May 1792 when she released her dower rights to land her son Thomas sold to his brother, Isaac. Mary was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth (Bates) King.
