↑ John Lakin bought land at Woburn in 1653 (NEHGR, Vol. 45, p. 81), where his wife's family lived. His third known child was born in early 1662 NEHGR, Vol. 63, 319-320), which might suggests births in 1658 and 1660, and given his wife's baptism in early 1640, suggests a marriage about 1657.
