Dea. John Gove, born in London, England, in 1627. He was a turner by trade, and lived in Charlestown and Cambridge, Mass., where he was a constable, tithing man and deacon of the church for many years. He married, first, Mary, daughter of William Aspinwall, an early settler of Boston, Oct. 6, 1658. She was born about 1620, and united with the church March 1, 1661, being baptized two days later.
