-Aug. 26, 1734, Joseph Crandall, son of Eber Crandall deceased, to John Crandall Jr. 56 ½ Acres being ye 3d lot in lands of sd Eber Crandall drawn by me sd Joseph Crandall, bounded: Elisha Clark, Samuel Crandall, Jonathan Crandall, Aug. 26, 1734. Witnesses: George Stillman Jr., Joseph Stillman. [Westerly Deeds 4:74] -March 12, 1746/7, Joseph and Edith Crandal to Jonathan Crandal son of Eber Crandal of Westerly deceased 49 Acres + 1/4 it being the 5th Lot in number of land that was sd Eber Crandals and drawn by Mary Crandal wife of John Crandal Jr., it being all of sd lot except 3/4 sold by John Crandal to Samuel Crandal in deed dated March 19, 1733/4, rec.
