17, 18. - According to Source:Smith, Dean Crawford. Ancestry of Eva Belle Kempton 1878-1908, "various Internet sources" suggests Hannah was Hannah Stone, Hannah Walley or Hannah Martin. The first two may be ruled out due to overlapping, and therefore conflicting, marriages. The third appears to be an error originating in an LDS Ancestral File containing multiple other demonstrable errors.
- It should be noted that the above discussion summarizes portions the sketch of one Hannah Hayden, daughter of John and Susanna (_____) of Dorchester and Braintree (Ancestry of Eva Belle Kempton 3:210-11), born 2 September 1642 at Braintree, who Smith and Sanborn stated, "perhaps married James Leonard."
