Pulaski County, Kentucky. Marriage bonds (loose).
Know all men by these presents that we James Gastineau & Wm. Hubble are held and affirmed bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the lawful sum of £50/0 which payment we acknowledge to be made to the said Commonwealth of Kentucky we bind Ourselves Our heirs Execrs. and Admins. [illegible] severally and firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 24th day of Decr. 1821.
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage Shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the bound parties James Gastineau & Patience Morrow both of the County of Pulaski now if there should be no lawful cause to Obstruct the same then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise remain in full force [illegible].
