It 34 Marriage 1837-1927 pg 17 no 34. James Clark full bachelor labourer Coggeshall James Clark labourer and Elija Hardings 19 spinster Pattiswick Elija Hardings labourer. Both made their mark. PO Robert Clark. I believe Elija (the bride) is Eliza and Elija the father is John. The 1851 census index for Braintree which includes Pattiswick notes that a James Clarke age 30 born in Coggeshall is living with Eliza age 18 born in Pattiswick. They are found on page 373 of the Pattiswick census.
