Bath County Clerks Office, Sct:

 I R. H. Conner Clerk of the county aforesaid, do certify that Jacob C. 

Warner hath enetered into bond and security to procure licence to intermarry with Elizabeth Shultz of this county, consent being legally had.

 This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimony the said Jacob C. 

Warner and Elizabeth Shultz and this shall warrent you for doing so.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, as clerk aforesaid, this 5th day of January 1854


Bath County, to whit:

 It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within licence, I 

did, on the fifth day of January 1854, at the house of Samuel Shultz in said County, celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named Jacob C. Warner and Elizabeth Shultz, and that Abslum Williams and Jacob Lansdale was present and witnessed the celebration.

 Given under my hand this 5th day of January 1854
