    HON. HUMPHREY Warren, Boston merchant, m. by 1674 Mrs. Mehitabel (Clarke 54) Downes. In June 1674 he contracted with Major Phillips to collect the rents from all fishermen on stages on Parker’s Neck, except Ralph Tristram’s. In 1675 among those who succes. pet. for a large gr. above Saco. Sued Henry Williams for debt in Wells ct.: 1676, Richard More jr. in Suff. ct. 1677. List 236. Adm. in Suff. ct. 20 Dec. 1680 to the wid. and Capt. Elisha Hutchinson; inv. incl. land and a wareho. at Winter Harbor; debts . ‘which we hope some time to receive’ £321; debts of fishermen and others, little worth, many of them left by Mr. Downes, £1623.
