Heisterkamp's Annotated Landis Ferree Tree (as of 30 April 2004)

History of the Descendants of Mathias Slaymaker, page 41, lists 12 children born from this marriage.

The couple moved from Lancaster to Adams County, Pennsylvania to a location near Gettysburg. They later moved to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Editorial Comment. The children in this family are listed as being born in York County in some data sources and in Cumberland County in other sources. The confusion likely arises related to the transition from being born in ann area of York County that later became Adfams and/or Cumberland County.
