Source:Essex Antiquarian (Essex Antiquarian), p. 1:41 gives this wife three children: Benjamin b. 21 Oct 1723, Martha, b. 1 Jun 1725, and Daniel b. 9 Jan 1726. The text says Mary d. 19 Jan 1726. Andover records agree about Benjamin, show Daniel b. 29 Dec 1725, have no record of a Martha, and show Mary dying 19 Jan 1725-6. Unless Mary's birth is given wrong in the VRs, and should say 1726-7, and Daniel's birth is just before it, there is no room for a Martha in this family. But given the lack of record for Martha, that is a hard case to make. There appears to have been no daughter Martha.
