Moving Suggestions to archive [27 October 2016]

What is your preferred method for moving implemented or partially implemented suggestions to this archive page? and is this something that I can do on my own or is it a committee function?

I am asking this specifically in reference to "Move Source Quality selection to Source page" (24 Sep 2011) from the active page, since it appears that it may have been partially implemented (removed from source citation fields) on a recent update to the citation fields.

The Overview Committee is going over the main Suggestion list again now, so it would be good to know the preferred procedure for working through this queue. Regards, --cos1776 16:46, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
