WeRelate:Suggestions/Need an 'add' button to search results pg when I get zero results

I instinctively do a search before trying to add something. I'm always frustrated when I get zero results and there is no 'Add' feature there. I have to go back to the 'Add' window and retype all the info I was looking for. That should be unnecessary. Once I don't find it, I want to 'Add' it! Yes, I know I should learn to 'Add' first and it will do a search first - but it seems my instinct is to search first. --janiejac 00:56, 25 March 2013 (EDT)

This request was repeated in Jul 2016, at which time I added the following note: "I would suggest that the "add" button be an option whether or not any results are returned, because there are almost always results, but they might not be the source/person/family you are looking for."
