Goals and Purpose of Categories Project

1. Examine how each category fits in the framework
   
2. Determine if and how each category is currently being used
   
3. Recommend any needed or suggested change to better utilize what we already have
   
4. Determine if additional categories are needed or desired
   
5. Make recommendations for changes and additions
   
6. Take a vote of interested users
   
7. Administrators to make agreed upon changes
