I do not have documentation for Isaac Eash, b. Feb. 20, 1811, m. Mar. 31, 1833. I was given this information by another researcher, and I am not sure if it is true or not. If they were married it was for a short time as she married George Markle in 1836.--Wilma T. 13:38, 16 September 2013 (EDT)

Merge of Deborah Haskins & Francis Coleman [22 August 2011]

Wilma, I am going to unmerge these two people. They appear to be spouses and not the same person. Let me know if you have any questions. --Jennifer (JBS66) 14:22, 22 August 2011 (EDT)

Joseph Miller 7 and 97 [23 September 2013]

Why can't I merge Person:Joseph Miller (7) and Person:Joseph Miller (97). Thanks, ------Beth 00:01, 16 July 2012 (EDT)

Joseph Miller (7) and Joseph Miller (97) are two different individuals. Wilma

I didn't mean that they were two separate individuals. The information on them seems to be different by what sources are used.--Wilma T. 20:56, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

elizabeth markle [22 September 2013]

Hi, I'm new at this. Really New! I'm searching Markles. George Markle/Elizabeth Miller Markle anyway Elizabeth Markle died February 27, 1890 Mormon Cooley, Wisconsin, (LaCrosse Wisc). Buried Salzer German Methodist Cemetery Mormon Cooley, Town of Shelby,Wisc. I have been there. It's on Find a grave, .

I'm stuck on George Markle at this time period. I can' find his parents, siblings etc. so I connect to any Markles.

I have a 1850 State or Territory: Indiana, County: Parke Division: Dist no.137. JACKSON TOWNSHP.

Enumerated by W. Burton on the 8th day of August 1850. Lines 8-11 show John Miller age 28 farmer,Isabel Miller age 23, Jacob Miller age 70 farmer, Catherine Miller age 68, Lines 12-18 show george and Elizabeth "Makles" I believe to be a typo, Markles the family listing agree with research.

I think you are searching a Miller Line. The reading I have done indicated Jacob was a Minister. Since I can't find much about George Markle before 1850 I have been looking for a time line through the Millers in hopes of finding a marriage lic, birth cert. to conect my markles to. George and Elizabeth are my great, great grandparents. Any info into the Millers who, what, where, and when would be helpful. Karen markle--Kmarkle 11:15, 8 September 2013 (EDT)

Elizabeth Miller, that married George Markle, was born in Somerset PA and her parents were Jacob Joseph Miller and Catherine (Katie) Lewis. The were married in OH, Fairfax Co., I believe. Then in 1843 they moved to Putnam Co. IN and then in 1851 they moved to LaCrosse Co. WI. They were married in 1836 and their first child, Emanuel was born in Dec. 1837. They had nine children. My information shows that Elizabeth was married to an Isaac Each for a short time before marrying George Markle. There were 10 children in Jacob & Catherine's family. Most of them ended up in Glendon, Iowa. Jacob Lewis Miller died in Parke Co. IN & Elizabeth went to LaCrosse WI. Wilma T.

Wilma T, thank you for responding, You mention Elizabeth may have been married to Isaac Each, Can you tell me your source. Elizabeth Markle died at the family homestead in Mormon Cooley, Wi. F eb. 27, 1890 aged 76 years, LaCrosse Morning Chronicle 1-March 1890, lacrosse WI.--Kmarkle 01:38, 15 September 2013 (EDT)

Wilma T I have been looking around the net at Isaac Eash, thank you for the spelling correction, haven't seen too much on him. You source for Elizabeth Miller Markle date of death , how does one get that changed? I'm not having much luck with getting any new info on my Markle family, I'm wondering if somewhere along the line it was Markley, I have read Parke, Vermillion and Putnam county history not much mention of Markles, I have a deed for what i assume is the home place in Wisconsin and the name on it is George H or W Markley. The deed has not signature by George so I assume it's something that gets sent out to Genealogists. I didn't go for the deed when I visited the courthouse in

Wisconsin, I had a nice visit and he took me through the house and told me story as how his family had come to acquire the Home. I visited some churches and gathered some info and went to Winona Mn to look up the families of Markle Oil. LaCrosse and Winona are close approx 30 miles across the river. Couldn't make a connection. George and Elizabeth are Ghosts I think.ha--Kmarkle 23:17, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

Patty Morris [29 May 2017]

I was wondering why you moved Patty Morris with a citation for her birth to father Asa Morris, without explanation. This is not how we do this. Apparently you were looking for another Patty Morris. I'll be restoring the original Patty Morris; please do not GRAB this one and delete the proof that she was daughter of Asa Morris Thanx --SkippyG 21:40, 29 May 2017 (UTC)
