Welcome to WeRelate, your virtual genealogical community. We're glad you have joined us. At WeRelate you can easily create ancestor web pages, connect with cousins and other genealogists, and find new information. To get started:

Profiles lacking sources [23 December 2021]

I am pretty sure a long while back someone had told me how to find all the profiles in my watch list that are lacking any sources. I need to know how to do this again so I can easily see which profiles need to be sourced still.

If anyone can tell me how to do this it would be greatly appreciated.--Sstults 01:10, 17 May 2019 (UTC)

Hi. There isn't currently a way to do this reliably. However, sometimes people manually tag a page as needing a source and you can find which of the pages on your watchlist have been tagged. The 3 templates that I am aware of are:

Template:Sources needed

Template:Sources needed 1

Template:Cn - this is for tagging a specific fact without a source citation

Go to each template and click on What links here (left-hand menu). (Be patient, it may take several seconds to display the list.) Then select to filter for Watched pages only. I hope this is at least somewhat helpful.--DataAnalyst 17:29, 23 December 2021 (UTC)

Isolated pages without dates [23 April 2022]

Hi

I am cleaning up isolated trees without dates, to ensure that WeRelate doesn't have any pages for living people (and to make the site more useful). You created 3 such pages and I'm wondering what you want to do with them. Clearly, Elizabeth and Tabitha Pledge are not living, but their parents don't appear to be in WeRelate and their pages alone are of little value. Do you want to keep the pages and add their parents and maybe some other relatives to make it interesting? Or do you want to delete the pages?
