MCCobb [8 May 2015]

Hi,

I am researching the McCobb familiy from Manorcunningham, Co. Donegal, Ireland. I am aware that the McCobbs married into the Pattersom family in that area and I am wondering whether it is the same family as yours. I have a distant cousin in Chicago who is also decended from the McCobb line. He has put some DNA infromation from my family and his into the 123 DNA database to confirm the family link betwenn us. Do you know where in Ireland that your ancestors Joseph Patterson and Catherine McCobb came from. Did they marry in Ireland or in the US? I would be delighted to hear from you about your ancestors from Ireland. If you wish I can put you in touch with my cousin in the US
