Pages for living people [2 March 2022]

Welcome to WeRelate! I hope you find this a good site for your genealogy.

WeRelate does not allow pages for living people, which it defines as anyone born in the last 110 years without a death date. I notice that you uploaded several pages that fall into this category. Please be aware that these pages will be deleted within the next few days unless you indicate that you plan to find death dates for them. Note that you can enter (in infancy) in the death date field for a child who died in infancy or (young) for someone who died before the age of about 16 if you don't have the exact date.

Please let me know if you plan to research death dates for these people so I know whether to hold off on deleting the pages. You can reply here.

Also - we changed the GEDCOM upload last year so that it should have marked all these pages as excluded from the upload. I know that you can manually change them back to included, and I still have to change the code to prevent that. I just want to check to make sure the code is working - were these pages initially marked as excluded? Please let me know. Thanks--DataAnalyst 16:40, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
