Welcome to WeRelate! WeRelate is different from most family tree websites. By contributing to WeRelate you are helping to create Pando for genealogy, a free, unified family tree that combines the best information from all contributors.

Now that you have uploaded your GEDCOM, your next step is to preview what your pages will look like and combine (merge) people in your GEDCOM with matching people already on WeRelate. When you have finished your review, your GEDCOM will be imported. Click here to review your GEDCOM.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that I cleared your GEDCOM to import. It looks to me like the Percival Lowell and Rebecca family in your GEDCOM matches Family:Percival Lowell and Rebecca Unknown (1). This potential match should show up on your "Show duplicates" page (which is accessible from the MyRelate menu) tomorrow morning. You may want to review and possibly combine the two families. All the best.--Dallan 22:45, 21 May 2009 (EDT)

Samuel Gray - photo? [9 March 2010]

Hello, I am one of the Volunteer Administrator's at WeRelate. I noticed a photo on the page of Samuel Gray, who married Nancy McClung:

Samuel Gray

I figured that the photo was for Samuel Gray (10) and not Samuel Gray (11), so I unattached Samuel Gray (11) to the photo.

Best regards,

Jim:)--Delijim 18:22, 9 March 2010 (EST)

John or Joseph Gray married Agnes Nancy Denton [15 March 2010]

Hello, I noticed that you had John Gray (brother of Joseph Gray) as the husband of Agnes Nancy Denton. There are several trees on Ancestry having her husband as Joseph Gray, in addition to several on familysearch, and also the Gray familygenes site, so I have corrected this and attached her to Joseph. I have also included two published sources verifying Joseph as her husband:

Joseph Gray

Best regards,

Jim--Delijim 09:07, 15 March 2010 (EDT)

Gen Levi Casey photo [14 September 2019]

I am a Casey descendant Gen Levi Casey my ggggg Uncle married Elizabeth Duckett sister to my ggggg grandmother Charity Duckett Whitten who married Elijah Whitten. The photo that has been submitted is not Gen Levi Casey. The photo is Christopher Casey the son of Abner Casey. Christopher is my ggggg grandfather. He died in Cole Co MO one of the 37 original settlers of Jefferson City MO. The painting of him was taken to California by the descendants when they left to go west to California. I would appreciate the removal of the photo as it is not Gen Levi Casey. I have researched Casey, Duckett, Whitten families for years. I have no knowledge of a painting of Gen Levi Casey. It would seem there would be a painting due to his political and military terms in South Carolina. Thanks for your help here--TimCasey 10:44, 24 April 2014 (UTC)

I have made the correction to the link, however this image is still titled incorrectly. --cos1776 21:23, 14 September 2019 (UTC)
