WeRelate is different from most family tree websites. By contributing to WeRelate you are helping to create Pando for genealogy, a free, unified family tree that combines the best information from all contributors.

Now that you have uploaded Amos Legg20100320.ged, your next step is to review what your pages will look like, review any potential warnings, and combine (merge) people in your GEDCOM with matching people already on WeRelate. You need to review your GEDCOM before it can finish importing.

Rhoads ancestry [21 March 2012]

Hello, my name is Sally Wilma Rhoads Ickes and I am the daughter of Charles Stanley Rhoads and Mary Theresa Hourigan (she was his second wife). I have just begun doing the ancestry of my family and have begun with my Dad. In doing my research I have ooze upon a lot of information that you have entered on Ancestry.com. You have done a fantastic job. I am curious to ask how you are related and if you have any information you'd like to share. As I said I have just begun my research. I do have a copy of my Dad's patent and some other perhaps useful information. I'm not certain how detailed your histories are. In any case, I would like to share any information I might have that would be useful to you. And you might be interested to know that my husband, William Henry Ickes is related to Harold Ickes of the Roosevelt administration and that one of his relatives supposed accompanies the Lincoln cortage back to Illinois for burial.
