Beck family history [28 March 2016]

Charley,

Let me know if you rec'd the link to "The Thirteenth Earl of Cassillis" written in the 1930s by John Seitz Beck. Every time I look at or reference the book I find myself amazed that he typed this book, over 800 pages, on a 1930s typewriter with 5 carbons!!! one for each child - John, Adelaide, Eleanor, Aurelia and Ted! And, of course my spare bedroom is filled to the ceiling with all of his source documents!
