He. d. June 1723; and his wid. d. 17 Dec. 1738. NICHOLAS, Salem
1658, a quaker, whose w. was censur. that yr. and in 1661 fined for misuse

no more is kn. and conject. is useless. SAMUEL, Dorchester, rem. to
Windsor, was s. of William, b. prob. in Eng. m. 10 Nov. 1650, Sarah, d.
of edward Griswold, had Samuel, bapt. 5 Sept. 1652; Sarah, b. 16
Mar. 1654; Timothy, 26 Oct. 1656; Mary, Oct. 1658; William, 3 Nov.
1660; John, 7 July 1662; Ephraim, 1 Nov. 1663; Abigail, 16 May
1666; and josiah, 15 Dec. 1667; and d. 15 May 1669. In latter days
he was of Simsbury. His wid. m. 21 July 1670, Nathaniel Pinney;
Sarah m. 13 Dec. 1683, John Mansfield. SAMUEL, Boston, by w. Elizabeth
had Elizabeth b. 5 Sept. 1681; and Grace, 5 Apr. 1687. SAMUEL, Andover,
perhaps s. of Edward the first, m. 29 May 1682, Sarah Chandler,
had Sarah, b. 10 oct. foll.;Samuel, 22 Nov. 1684; John, 28 Sept. 1686;
Joseph, 8 Feb. 1689; Hannah, 18 May 1691, d. young; Henry, 24
Sept. 1693; Thomas, 5 Nov. 1695; Elizabeth 6 Sept. 1698; Annis, 22 Feb.
1701; and Deborah, 1703. TIMOTHY, Windsor, youngest s. of William,
freem. 1664, m. 19 May 1661, Mary, d. of Edward Griswold, had Timothy,
b. 1 Nov. 1663; Joseph, 27 Sept. 1666; William, 4 Feb. 1669; Cornelius,
26 Apr. 1671; Mary, 14 Aug. 1673, d. young; Samuel, 29 Jan.
1676; Nathaniel, 7 Jan. 1678; Sarah, 27 Dec. 1679; Abigail, 3 or 5 June
1682; Hannah, 4 Aug. 1684; Ann, 2 Oct. 1686; and Martha, 12 Nov.
1688. He was lieut. and d. 1719, in his will, of 1717, names all these
ch. except Mary, tho. two others of the ds. were d. but had left ch.
TIMOTHY, Simsbury, s. of Samuel, m. 18 Nov. 1680, Sarah, prob.
d. of Samuel Gaylord, and sec. w. 13 Nov. 1690, Sarah Prat; and he d.
1712, by first w. had Stephen, b. 20 Jan. 1686; and Sarah, 20 Dec.
1687; by sec. had Timothy, 22 June 1689, d. soon; but Stiles, 739,
must answer for the m. being so much too late. Prob. he had but one
w. Porter adds to my list of ch. Mary, 20 Aug. 1692; Hannah, 19 Feb.
1694; Mabel, 28 Sept. 1696; Elizabeth 22 Oct. 1699; and Esther, 24 May
1704; and prolongs the life of wid. to 1758, aged 96. ‡ * WILLIAM,
Dorchester, came, prob. in the Mary and John, 1630, from Plymouth,
and was of Porlock, Co. Somerset, on Bristol channel, few ms. from the
edge of Devon, and perhaps br. of George, req. to be adm. freem. 19 Oct.
of that yr. and was sw. 18 May foll. brot. w. whose name is not found,
and ch. William, Samuel, Nathaniel, Joseph, and Sarah, yet one or two
of these may have been b. at D. was rep. at the first gen. ct. of Mass.
1634, and Selectman 1634 and 5, went next yr. with Warham to
Windsor, there by sec. w. Mary Dover, m. 1638,[1] had Timothy,
b. 1 Sept. 1639; and Mary, 2 Mar. 1644. He was of the earliest
Assist. 1636-42, a rep. 1645-57, Assist. again, 1658 to 1662,
but not under the new chart. and d. 14 July 1672. Sarah m. 1658,
William Wade; and Mary m. Dec. 1665, Thomas Barber. WILLIAM,
