1728; William, 4, bapt. 8 Feb. 1730; Ann, again, 3 July bapt. 1 Aug.
1731; Eunice, 10, bapt. 13 Jan. 1734; Thomas, 24 Oct. 1736, bapt.
same day; and Abigail, 6 Apr. 1739. Seven of this name has been gr.
at N. E. coll. in 1834, of wh. one was at Harv.

    PAUL, BENJAMIN, New Haven 1639, may be the man ment. by Felt,
at Salem 1647 with a final y added to his name. DANIEL, New Haven
1643, perhaps br. of Benjamin, may be the man who liv. at Kittery
1652, when he acknowl. the governm. of Mass. and was of the gr. jury.
EDWARD, Taunton, s. perhaps youngest, of William of the same, m. 23
Aug. 1693, Esther Bobbit. JOHN, Malden, m. 3 May 1657, Lydia, d.
of Joel Jenkins, had John, b. 25 Aug. 1658, d. soon; and Lydia, 9 Mar.
1660; perhaps others, certain. Elizabeth Dec. 1668; and Joel, Oct. 1676, d.
next mo. JOHN, Freetown, s. of William of Taunton, m. 26 May 1692,
Dorothy Walker, ahd Dorothy, and d. 23 Mar. 1718, says the gr.st. and
I kn. no more. RICHARD, Boston, soldier, hired in 1636, for the castle,
as in Winth. II. 346, was two yrs. aft. one of the proprs. of Taunton.

1657 was his ch. Some fam. memo. tell of his m. 8 Nov. 1638, to

beside Abiel, posthum. 22 Nov. 1690, wh. d. in few wks. was constable
1672, chos. clk. 1689, and he d. 3 Nov. 1690. His wid. m. 15 June
1692, John Tolman, d. 25 Aug. 1720. Samuel, his s. d. 25 Aug. 1726;
and Ebenezer d. 13 Oct. 1737. A Hannah P. perhaps his w. d. of sis.
Woodie, d. at Roxbury, 10 Nov. 1658, bur. 12 foll. STEPHEN, Kittery,
on behalf of his w. a d. of Antipas Maverick, admin. on est. of M. was giv.
to him with Edward Gilman 24 Apr. 1682. WILLIAM, Taunton, perhaps br.
of Richard, had James, b. 7 Apr. 1657; John, 10 July 1660; Edward, 7 Feb.
1665; Mary, 8 Feb. 1667; Sarah, 5 July 1668; and Abigail, 15 May 1673;
and he d. 9 Nov. 1704.
