    PARTHRIDGE. ALEXANDER, came 1645, with w. and fam. to Boston, and
was found to be dangerous by his opinions, wh. he had inbib. in the Parliam.
or rather Cromwell's army, so that he could not be permit. to reside
here, but was forced away bef. the first winter, to Rhode Isl. Winthrop II.
251. He was made chief capt. of the force in that Col. 1648, and was liv.

Medfield, s. of John the first of the same, had perhaps by first w. Elizabeth Joseph,
b. 1706; David, 1708; and Benjamin, 1713; and by sec. w. Sarah,
Elisha, 1716, Eleazer, 1717; Sarah, 1719; Peter, 16 May 1722; and
Zechariah, tho. in Morse's Geneal. the order of success. may slightly be erron.
GEORGE, Duxbury, perhaps br. of Rev. Ralph, being ment. in the
rec. 1636, the same yr. that Ralph came, m. Nov. 1638, Sarah, d. of Stephen
Tracy
of Plymouth, had Sarah, b. 1639; Mercy; Tryphosa; Ruth;
Lydia, John, b. 29 Nov. 1657; and James, who liv. to 20 Jan. 1745,
but had prob. no ch. was prop. 1645 of Bridgewater, and one of the orig.
purchas. of Middleborough in 1662. His d. Sarah m. a 1658, Samuel
Allen
of Bridgewater; Tryphosa m. 26 Sept. 1668, Samuel West;
Ruth m. 12 Jan. 1670, Rodolphus Thacher; and Lydia m. 2 Jan. 1672,
William Brewster. JOHN, Portsmouth, s. of William of the same, m. 11
Dec. 1660, Mary Fernald, had Hannah, b. 14 Oct. 1661; John, 3 Jan.
1663; Mary, 26 Feb. 1665; Sarah, 3 Sept. 1668; Rachel, 4 Mar.
1671; Elizabeth 4 July 1673; Abigail, 2 Feb. 1675; and Patience, 4 July
1678. JOHN, Duxbury, s. of George of the same, m. 24 Dec. 1684,
Hannah Seabury, d. of Samuel, had Sarah, b. 21 Sept. 1685, d. in two
mos.; Samuel, 10 Mar. 1687; George. 17 Aug. 1690; Mary, 2 May
1693; John, 27 Dec. 1697; and by sec. w. m. 23 May 1700, Mary
Brewster
, perhaps wid. of Wrestling, had Benjamin, b. 5 Mar. 1701;
and Isaac, 2 Mar. 1705. JOHN, Medfield 1654, was s. perhaps. of William
of the same, but more prob. his br. m. 18 Dec. 1655, Magdalen

, had John, b. 21 Sept. 1656; Hannah, 15 Apr. 1658; Eleazer,
1664, Abiel, 1667; Experience; Rachel, 1669; Samuel, 1671; Zechariah,
1674; and Elizabeth 1679. JOHN, Kingston, s. prob. of George of
Duxbury, had w. Mary, who d. says her gr. stone "12 Nov. 1742, aged
80 yrs. 11 mos. and 29 days." I presume he had been many yrs d.
Ano. JOHN is found at Medfield, by Morse, call. jun. but whether s. of
the preced. or of William of the same is very diffic. to conject. He m.
a. 1680. Elizabeth Rocket or Rockwood, d. of Nicholas of the same, had
Mary, b. 1681; Benoni, 1687; Jonathan, 1693; Hannah, 1696; and
Deborah, 1698; and prob. by sec. w. Ann had James Oct. 1700; Sarah,
1702; Stephen, 16 Apr. 1706; and Ann, 1709. MICHAEL, Salem,
mariner, drown, Apr. 1674. NATHANIEL, Boston, tailor, had w. Ellen,
who join. to our ch. 23 Apr. 1643, and he, also, 40 wks aft. was freem.
