ano. rept. 1 Apr. 1709. JOHN, Plymouth, s. perhaps youngest, of the
preced. m. 28 Dec. 1686, Rebecca Delano, d. perhaps, of Philip the
first, had Elizabeth b. 7 Oct. 1687; Rebecca, 29 Aug. 1689; John, 20 Dec.
1691; Sarah, 10 Feb. 1695; and Hannah, 27 Apr. 1697. His w. d. 6
Apr. 1709; and he d. 1723, aged 67. JOSEPH, Plymouth, s. of the
preced. m. 3 June 1672, Sarah Hicks, had John, b. 3 or 22 July 1678;
Margaret, Oct. 1684; Barnabas, 3 July 1686; and Joseph, Jan. 1692.
JOSEPH, Wethersfield, eldest s. of Josiah of the same, by w. Mary had
there nine ch. when he d. 1 Apr. 1699. JOSIAH, Wethersfield, m. 1638,
Elizabeth d. of Nathaniel Foote, had Mary, b. 24 Mar. 1639; Elizabeth 15 May
1642; Hannah, 1 Nov. 1644, wh. prob. d. bef. her f. at least is not nam.
in his will; Ann, 1647; Joseph, 2 Dec. 1649; Benjamin, 16 May
1642; and Sarah, 14 Nov. 1657; and he d. 1 Jan. 1686, all these ch.
exc. Hannah, being then liv. His wid. d. 8 Sept. 1700, aged a. 84.

Wickham of Wethersfield, and from their f.'s will, we see that Mary m.
a Church, perhaps Samuel; and Ann m. a Rice. WILLIAM, Plymouth,
s. of John, m. 17 Jan. 1684, Lydia Bryant, whose f. is unkn. to me, had
William, b. 2 Aug. 1685; Samuel, 15 Apr. 1688; James, 21 Sept.
1690; Lydia, 17 Apr. 1639; and Josiah, 21 Aug. 1702.
CHURCHMAN, HUGH, Lynn 1640, d. says Lewis, 1644. His will names
wid. Ambrose, wh. is unkn. to me, his own s. Josiah, and d. Hannah, both minors,
and was prod. 9 July of that yr. Ann, perhaps his d. m. at Weymouth, 16 Apr.
1639, John Rogers. JOHN, took the o. of alleg. 22 June 1632, as qualif.
to come to N. E. in the Lion, arr. 16 Sept.
CHURCHWOOD, HUMPHREY, Kittery 1677. JOSIAH, Wethersfield,
had Hannah, wh. m. 9 Jan. 1667, Samuel Royce of New London.
CHUTE, JAMES, Ipswich, s. of Lionel, b. in Eng. m. (as once was
thot.) a d. of Hon. Samuel Symonds, wh. names s. C. in his will.
But the mean. of the testator may have been s. or s.-in-law of
Martha Epes, or ano. of sev. ws. that S. had; for such seems, also, the
case of Peter Duncan, call. s. of Symonds, because h. of Mary, wh. was
d. of Daniel Epes by that Martha, wh. after was w. of S. By his w.
whatever was her name of bapt. or whoever was her f. he had James,
and rem. 1681, to Rowley. JAMES, Rowley, s. of the preced. m. 10
Nov. 1673, Mary Wood, possib. d. of Isaiah,[1] had Eliz. b. 22 June
1676; Ann, 19 Oct. 1679; Lionel, bapt. 3 Apr. 1681; James, 13 June
1686; Thomas, 31 Jan. 1692; Mary, 12 Sept. 1697; beside Martha;
