Thirdly after all my Just debts are fully paid of and satisfied, and my wife's third taken out, I give and devise all the remainder or sesidose[?] of my real and personal estate, their remaining to be sold, except one bed and bedeing [sic] that is to be taken out before the property is appraised. Forthly [sic] that is to say the money that will arise from all my property it shall be equally divided amongst all my children, that namely, John, Alexandrew, Jesse, Isaac, Susannah, Mariah, Sarah -- and also my beloved wife I expect is now Pregnant, and if that should be born and live to the age of maturity let it be male or female it shall have an equal part with the above named children. And further my will and desire is that all the money, that doth arise from my estate will be put out in good hands, and also taken bonds and good securities for the sum or sums let out, also the interest returned until they come to their respective ages, or marriages which shall first happen.
