Worton is a village and civil parish about 3 miles (5 km) southwest of Devizes in Wiltshire, England. It is near the northern edge of Salisbury Plain. Until 1894 Worton (and neighbouring Marston) were part of Potterne parish. The present parish has a population of according to the UK census of 2011.

The first recorded mention of Worton was in a document of 1173.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Worton from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"WORTON, a tything and a chapelry in Potterne parish, Wilts. The tything lies 3 miles SSW of Devizes [railway] station, and has a post-office under Devizes. Real property: £3,311. Population: 401. Houses: 82. The chapelry includes Marston tything, and was constituted in 1851. Population: 591. Houses: 123. The property is much subdivided The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Salisbury. Value: £137. Patron: the Vicar of Potterne. The church is good; and there is a Wesleyan chapel."
