Raskelf is a village and civil parish in the district of North Yorkshire, England. The electoral roll has a population of around 400 measured at 519 in the 2011 census.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Raskelf was part of Easingwold Rural District. Historically, it was located in the ecclesiastical parish of Easingwold in the Bulmer Wapentake.

(Raskelf is 15 miles north of York.)
