Bridlington Rural District existed in the East Riding of Yorkshire in England from 1894 to 1974. Its eastern border was the North Sea, and it surrounded the municipal borough of Bridlington. It included Flamborough and Flamborough Head.

The district was created by the Local Government Act of 1894. It absorbed part of the Sherburn Rural District when that was abolished in 1935. In the same year parts of Bridlington Rural District were transferred to Bridlington and Filey urban districts.

In 1974 the district was abolished under the Local Government Act 1972. The area was split between the new districts of North Wolds in Humberside and Scarborough in North Yorkshire. In 1996 Humberside was ceased to exist and the area that had been North Wolds District now forms part of the revived East Riding of Yorkshire.
