Bobbingworth is a village and civil parish in Essex, England. It is located about 3 km (1.9 mi) northwest of Chipping Ongar and is 18 km (11 mi) west from the county town of Chelmsford.

The parish was part of the Ongar Rural District from 1894 until 1955, the Epping and Ongar Rural District from 1955 to 1974, and since 1974 it has been located in the Epping Forest District of Essex.
