Ainderby Mires with Holtby (#1 on map) is a civil parish in the Hambleton District of North Yorkshire, England. The population taken at the 2011 UK census was less than 100. Data is now kept with the neighbouring parish of Kirkby Fleetham with Fencote.

The parish is bounded to the east by the A1 road, and is about three miles south of Catterick. It includes the hamlets of Ainderby Mires and Holtby Grange.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Ainderby Mires with Holtby was part of Bedale Rural District. Historically, it was located in the wapentake of Hang East. Hornby (not Holtby) was the ancient and ecclesiastical parish, although it is now in the Richmondshire district.
