p. 116: Mary d/o "Thomas Wheeler and Mary his wife" born 7 Jul 1726.

Person:Thomas Wheeler (13), b. 1692, names daughter Mary Child in his will. He also names a daughter Ruth, and since Ruth Wheeler is born 1726/27 such that she would conflict with Mary born 1726, that Mary is assigned to the other Thomas Wheeler, despite contradicting the "jun'r" of the vital record.

Person:Thomas Wheeler (6), b. 1696. No daughter is named in his will of 1764, but a grandson Timothy Moore is mentioned. No birth of Timothy Moore has been located in Massachusetts.

Neither Wheeler Families of Old Concorde (see Thomas [#30]) nor Genealogical and Encyclopedic History of the Wheeler Family in America (p. 466) show what happened to the Mary Wheeler b 1726, but both show her belonging to Lieut. Thomas Wheeler. --Jrich 22:07, 25 July 2023 (UTC)
