In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Wheeler of Concord in the County of Middlesex & Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England Being at the present writing hereof of a Sound disposing mind & memory: but Sensible of my Mortality Do therefore make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form as followeth And first of all I commend my precious & Immortal Soul unto Christ my Most Mercifull Redeemer trusting in his Merits alone for ye Salvation hereof, and my body I commit to the dust by a decent funeral in hope of a Joyful Ressurrection - And as to my worldly Goods I do dispose thereof as follows Imp's I Give & bequeath to my beloved Wife Namely Mary Wheeler all my Houshold Goods of Every sort and all my Stock of Creatures for ever I also Give her the use & Improvement of all my lands & building untill my Eldest Son comes to Twenty one years of age and the one half of s'd Improvement so long as She remains my Widow. Item. I Give & bequeath to my Son Edmond Wheeler & to his Heirs & Assigns for ever the one half of all my lands & Buildings to be possessed by him when he come to Twenty one years of Age. Item. I Give & Bequeath to my Son John Wheeler & to his Heirs & assigns for Ever the other half of my lands & buildings - the Said John Wheeler to have Equal Possession with his Brother Edmond when he comes to Twenty one years of age. Item. I Give to my Daughter Lucy Buttrick one hundred pounds in Bills of Credit in the old tenor; or other money to the value thereof as said Bills now pass to be paid to her By my Son Edmond when he comes to Twenty one years of age Item. I give to my Daughter Ruth Flint the Sum of Eighty Eight pounds in Bills of the old tenor or other money to the value thereof as said bills now pass to be paid by my Son John Wheeler when he comes to Twenty one years of age Item. I Give to my Daughter Mary Childe forty pounds in Bills of the old tenor or other money to the value thereof as Said Bills now pass, to be paid Equally By my two Sons above said when they come to Twenty one years of Age. Item. I Give to my Daughter Abigail Wheeler two hundred pounds in Bill[s] of the old Tenor or other money Equal thereto as s'd Bills now pass, to be paid by my two Sons. Viz: Edmond & John Equally between them when She comes to Eighteen years of Age. And also a good Cow to be paid to her by my Wife At the same time. All the Rest & residue of my Estate I Give to my beloved Wife whom I Appoint the sole Executor of this my last Will & order her to pay all my Just debts funeral Charges & ye Legacies Agreeable to what is above Expressed. And in Testimony that this is my last Will & that I do hereby revoke all other or former wills by me heretofore made I have hereunto sett my hand & Seal this Thirtieth Day of March Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred & fifty - And in the Twnety thirde year of his Maj'ty Reign.
