John's research papers were kept by descendants of her family. Parish registers for Meerholz are not available on line. John's book is available at the Family History Library (in storage), and has not been digitized. Marilyn Stanspree (now deceased) is the closest available information, and is based on research in original records. Although it appears that Magdalena and Georg married after their daughter was born, this was not uncommon at the time. Until someone has access to the original records, this is the best information available.
