There is a different John Jackson in Stafford/Prince William County, Virginia who is often confused with Person:John Jackson (330), son of Samuel. Information about this different John will be placed here just to help distinguish between the two men. This second John was deeded 576 acres in 1715 in Richmond County but he was cited as a John Jackson of Stafford Co in the grant. This John was dec'd by 1723 and his son Francis Jackson was deceased without heirs by 1748 when the land was escheated. Son Francis mentions a brother-in-law Thomas Jordan in 1744 when he sells 100 acres of the 576 first deeded to his father.
