Parentage? [27 June 2012]

What evidence is there to support this David Bowen as a son of Moses Bowen? His birthdate is several years apart from John Bowen, and David didn't name any of his sons "Moses", contrary to naming patterns of that time. Also no reference to David in Moses Bowen's estate records in Augusta County, in fact John Bowen's wife Lillian is listed as administrator since John had apparently pre-deceased his (apparent) father. Need some sources/records to prove any relationship between Moses Bowen and this David.
