George F Saber, 94, of 273 Harrison St. died Thursday unexpectedly. He was husband of the late Genevieve (Kalif) Saber.
Born in Aley, Lebanon, he was son of the late Faris and the late Nimnum (Kalif) Saber. He lived in this city since 1910, and retired in 1962 after working 52 years as a loomfixer with Berkshire-Hathaway Mills. he was a member of the Calvary united Presbyterian Church and a member of the Lebanon American Society in this city.
Survivors include three sons, Herbert G., Edward G., and Phillip G. Saber, all of this city; one daughter, Nancy Stimer of Port St. Lucie, Fla; one brother, Shikri Saber of Beirut, Lebanon; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.l River,
