On 3 April 1830, Watson Freeman, Benjamin Freeman, merchants, Mary Ann Freeman and Experience L. H. Freeman, Gentlewomen, Winslow W. Seaver, Gentleman, Charlotte T. F. his wife in her right, all of Boston, sold land in Granville for $3200 paid by Eleazer Pomeroy of Enfield, Hampshire County, yeoman. The land was a farm in Granville, Hampden County comprising 350 acres, formerly owned by Watson Freeman, Esq., now owned by his children with all cattle, farm utensils, stock and all buildings and fixtures. All the grantors sign the deed, including Sarah S. Freeman, the wife of Benjamin and also Eveline Freeman (Hampden County (Massachusetts) Land Records, Volume 78, Page 725, abstracted from FHL Microfilm 0,849,196, provided by Margaret Jenks).

On 23 April 1830, Winslow W. Seaver of Boston, Gentleman, and Charlotte T. F. Seaver, wife in her right, sold land in Granville, Hampden County, for $3000 paid by Watson Freeman of Boston, merchant. The Deed was for all the rights and interest in a farm in Granville, Hampden County, by value of deed of mortgage for $3000 given by Watson Freeman to Charlotte T. Freeman, now my wife. The deed was signed by Winslow W. Seaver, C. T. F. Seaver (Hampden County (Massachusetts) Land Records, Volume 78, Page 714, abstracted from FHL Microfilm 0,849,196, provided by Margaret Jenks).

A death notice for Winslow W. Sever was published in the Columbian Centinel newszpaper of boston, dated 25 January 1832. It reads: "Sever, Winslow W., Capt. d. in Dorchester."

Winslow W. Sever of Dorchester died testate, having written a will on 27 May 1830, which was filed in Norfolk County Probate Court on 7 February 1832 and proved there on 6 March 1832. Charlotte F. Seaver was appointed executrix. The will reads (Norfolk County (Massachusetts) Probate Docket 16,351 (Volume 57, Page 105, FHL Microfilm 1,509,414)

"I Winslow Warren Sever of Boston do declare the following to be my last will and testament, after payment of my just debts, I give and bequeath to my wife Charlotte T.F. Sever, all my property both real and personal of which I may die possessed, including all property which belonged to my said wife before marriage in fee simple, and for her own use and behoof forever, with the following exceptions and subject to the annuity hereinafter mentioned. I hereby give and bequeath to my niece, Ann Sever Thomas in fee simple and to her own use forever the following pieces of real estate, situated in Kingston in the County of Plymouth, viz. one lot of wood land called the Grove lot containing about five acres, more or less. One wood lot called the Tyler lot, containing about eighteen acres, more or less. One other wood lot called the Hollis lot containing about sixty five acres more or less, and one piece of salt meadow, containing about one acre more or less. It is my further will that my said wife pay to my mother Mrs. Nancy Sever of Kingston the sum of two hundred dollars annually during the life of my said mother. I hereby appoint my wife Charlotte T.F. Sever executrix. Witness my hand this twenty seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty."

"Signed, sealed published and declared this day and year aforesaid by the said Winslow Warren Sever to be his last will and testament in our presence and hearing and by us subscribed as witnesses at his request and in his presence. The words "wood" having been interlined in three places"
